Your Standard Accountability Coaching Package includes four phone coaching sessions (one 40-60 minute session per week, for four weeks), plus customized activity assignments and email encouragement. Extended coaching is available if desired.

*You will be expected to keep in close communication with your coach to report on your follow-through of your commitments. This may be by phone or by other means. If you miss a coaching call or are somehow out of communication, then your coach is committed to follow-up with you by calling you at least once per day, every day, until you are back in "integrity" and back in communication.

Use my leadership, technology, and motivational skills to inspire you to achieve the goals you know you should be achieving, but haven't been able to so far.
