SkyVault Group Refund Policies and Purchase Procedures
Learning Systems, Books and Programs
Any SkyVault Group media or print product (e.g. CDs, books, learning systems, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to The SkyVault Group for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the original purchase. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
A missing item or damaged product fee of 15% will be applied to any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in resellable, "like new" condition). Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
The refund will be issued using the same method the payment was made (PayPal or credit card). Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us is not refundable.
Other Digital Items
All electronically distributed products (e.g. ebooks, software, online video and audio, etc.) are non-refundable purchases.
Purchases made through third-party vendors (e.g. Amazon, etc.) are subject to that vendor's specific return and billing policies. In these instances, you must contact the vendor directly for support and inquiries regarding their policies.
- One-time services (including but are not limited to coaching, critiques, and resume writing) – due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be issued.
Recurring services (including but not limited to group coaching and one on one coaching) – a refund will be issued only if the purchaser decides to drop out after the first session. The refund will be issued using the same method the payment was made (PayPal, check or credit card).

The SkyVault Group (DBA SkyVault Publishing, SkyVault Web Design, SkyVault Video, SkyVault Bookstore, SkyVault Radio, SkyVault Mobile, The Experience Shows, and Centurion Seminars) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. We use your email and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order. We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for use in mailing lists, surveys or any other purpose.
Communications from the SkyVault Group
We periodically send all of our users our exclusive SkyVault Experience Newsletter, which alerts you to new features and products as well as special offers and services available on our sites. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties in connection with our Newsletter or offers.
If you are already receiving the Newsletter and you want to unsubscribe, you can simply follow the "Edit Your Subscriptions" links at the bottom of each edition.
The SkyVault Group reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card, and billing matters, which will affect your use of our web sites, including without limitation any alleged violations of our Terms of Service. These communications are mandatory.
SkyVault Group Uses of Personal Information
If you have provided us your consent, we will use the information we have collected about you in five ways:
To send personalized, targeted information that we think our users will find relevant;
To include targeted advertising within such messages;
To send promotions and coupons based on the user's interests;
To contact the user for feedback and surveys; and
To send the user other information about The SkyVault Group.
Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third-parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary:
To comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order;
To protect the company's rights and property;
To investigate reports of users sending material using a false e-mail address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages;
To protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our web site and/or SkyVault Group services; or
During emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.
Editing Your Profile
If you are a registered member, you have the ability to review and correct your personally identifiable information at any time. Simply sign into the site and click the "My Profile" link in the top right section of every page. There, you can access the links to change your address information, email, sign-in and other account information including your credit card on file.
Use of "Cookies"
"Cookies" are a type of information that is stored on your hard drive via your web browser. The "cookies" that The SkyVault Group uses do not contain any personal data such as credit card information, or even your name or address. Cookies simply help us to identify your session on the site. They also help us maintain specific visit information about you without forcing you to register or to give personal information.
However, you also have the option of disabling "cookies" through your browser. This is a function of your computer, so the manner in which to turn the "cookies" off is quite individual and thus, cannot be addressed here. Please realize, if you choose to disable the "cookies" we will not be able to personalize your experience with us, nor can we guarantee a complete login, registration or shopping experience.
Sale of Assets
When you place orders for purchased products or access your payment information, we use an advanced encryption technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect the storage and transfer of your data from unauthorized parties. While on a secure page, such as our registration form, a lock or key icon appears on the bottom of your web browser.
In addition to our online security efforts, we take steps to protect your personal data offline, as well. All of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Employees are granted access on a need-to-know basis (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative). Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
